I’m a Hawai‘i-based Realtor® specializing in luxury land and lifestyle real estate, backed by nearly two decades of experience in sustainability, agricultural development, CPG, and organic certification. I grew up on an award-winning organic farm in South Kona, which shaped my understanding of land, community, and long-term stewardship across the Hawaiian islands.

 

Before entering real estate, I worked as an accredited USDA organic auditor across multiple compliance scopes, supporting farms, ranches, and CPG brands through certification, food safety, compliance, and operational development. I’ve led projects involving product development, market expansion, accelerator program support, and business planning, helping both startups and established companies scale their vision with structure and integrity.

 

My background gives me a rare technical perspective on land, agriculture, and investment potential. In real estate, I focus on luxury estates, large acreage, ranch properties, agricultural estates, investment land, and sustainable lifestyle homes. I help clients navigate zoning, due diligence, land use, water and soil considerations, operational feasibility, and long-term development strategy. Investors and high-value clients rely on my ability to connect land, systems, and market realities into clear, actionable guidance.

 

Alongside my real estate practice, I support Hawai‘i’s farming community through the Hawai‘i Farmers Union Foundation and the USDA TOPP program, providing outreach, education, compliance guidance, and business development support to producers statewide.
